Hello.
The Emerald X7 Forum Edition is ready. Please see the attached pictures. The Emerald X7 Forum Edition is similar to other X7 models, but has a full carbon fiber reveal back and sides, a custom engraving on the fretboard, and a special label.
We'll be sending one of these on a Road Trip soon, so you can spend one week with the model before purchasing. Please see the below link for information.
Pricing is the same as a standard X7 - $899 for acoustic, and $999 for a model with electronics. Price includes thickly padded gig bag, set up, and free shipping to addresses in the US. This model is only available for purchase through MacNichol Guitars. Please see the below links.

I don't have a picture of the gig bag, but will post one soon. All my X7 have sold, so I don't have any here to take pictures of.

For those of you interested in purchasing one of the Emerald X7 Forum Edition models, here's the information.
-There will be a limited number. I'll be taking orders from now until the end of the X7 Road Trip, which will finish sometime in late Fall 2010.
-An Emerald X7 Forum Edition is considered a custom order, and so you can not return the guitar to MacNichol, although you would have the Emerald warranty. I encourage you to take part in the X7 Road Trip so that you can try before you buy.
-You can order an X7 Forum Edition by placing a 50% non-refundable deposit, and would need
to pay the balance in full before the guitar is shipped to you, which
would be about four to eight weeks after you place the order.
-You can order with or without electronics. You can also choose between natural carbon fiber, red, or green.
