A good resonator is top of my GAS list. I was in a guitar shop and saw a Johnson Graphite Resonator (is graphite the same/similar as carbon fibre? - it seemed more plastic...) - anyway I wasn't that impressed but it had old strings on it which probably didn't help.
Similar to this but without the cutaway.

Also saw these while poking about with google - dig those crazy checkerboards.....

Those are both gorgeous! However, I noticed that the one site was dated 2004, and mentions the 2 resonators being 2003 models, with production coming later that year (presumaby 2004). If there's nothing else available on them, my guess is that they remain one-off prototypes...
God yes guitar porn. I'm meeting up tomorrow with a hand carved top and flamed sides archtop, with a body to die for, 1 3/4 inch neck hottie I found surfing guitar porn on line. Hope it can stand the weather here better than some wood flat tops. Now an F hole carbon would be something to behold.

Lol! Yes my wife accuses me of the same, looking at guitar sites in bed on my iphone while she reads.
Hoeg's is cool. Another San Francisco based carbon fiber maker! He is using a very cool 0-90 unidirectional exterior carbon fabric. Still...no carbon neck.
