I've done 3 CDs, and finally gotten them on line, blythinart.com The material is all original, even the bad stuff! None of the guitar has been done with a carbon fiber guitar. My next CD will be done with either the Emerald X10N or the Super OM nylon string guitar. In the meantime, hope you enjoy. And the best part, it's free!
Great stuff - love the violin in the mix, too. Particularly enjoying "garbage day".

Thank you. The violin player is marvelous. Some people have faulted my CDs because you don't hear my guitar much. But I've had the good luck to be able to work with players who are far superior to me. On the Woman Songs I was lucky to have a fantastic banjo player who has subsequently been lost to alcohol. On all the albums, I've loved the violin player. He's a young guy, had a violin put in his hands at the age of three. Plays a violin made in the 1700s, and plays anything and everything--he's about 27 years old. The cello is played by the Violin players' girlfriend. They work well together.
I have not liked my recordings, technically. I'm working with some pretty basic stuff. My next CD is going to be much more simple, feature my Emerald X10N and my forthcoming Blackbird Super OM nylon string guitar.
In the meantime, I am about to head out to central Nevada, to an old mining town, to the Nevada Club, where I have promised three nights of music.
I like your stuff. I've watched you several times and I can see that you are plugged in. Socrates used to say that there is cosmic music, and some people plug into it--you are plugged. And thanks for sharing.

Hey Uncle Evy .. did that Crazy Canadian (meant in the nicest of ways) on the Emerald Road trip give you CD from me??
Uncle Kram:
Yes he did, and I'm remiss for not having gotten back to you. You are an incredible piano player. Jesse had told me that you were really versitile, and that you played the piano as well as the guitar. Between your visual work, your guitar playing and your piano--you are a force of nature, a prime mover. I've taken great pleasure in your work and appreciate the time and effort required to get where you are at. You've also been a great source of information on this forum. Neat, neat, neat!
Evan,
I had a few minutes to sample some of your "Street Songs:" You're a talented, clever guy! (I'll spend some more time to get to others. soon)
Nice stuff.
