It's flame maple all over (the binding too) with the rubbed custom color...here are the Bandit specs, although I've just about given up on 'standard' specs.
Very nice, I thought it might be maple but then I looked at the sides and given the darker tone(at least in the photo) I lost confidence and needed to ask. Beautiful grain and I like that it still can be seen. I have a bias but the only thing standard with a Weber I can find is the quality of the product, everything thing else is artistry and craftsmanship. The photos tell the story, and its is good.
Beautiful work! What would you call the finish, I should ask what are the woods for the top, back and sides.
