By submitting a listing or purchasing or trading any item(s) or service(s) listed in this section, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the Terms set forth herein. By accessing, listing, selling, purchasing, trading any item(s) or service(s) through this section and/or any other section on this site, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree not to hold CarbonGuitar.com and/or its owner liable in any way or fashion regarding the product, price, warranty, shipping, condition, use, or any other matter related to any transaction begun through this website. Any and all purchases through which contact is initiated through this website are done solely under the respective parties' risk.

To protect both Sellers and Buyers, all ads must conform to the following.

For Sale or For Trade listings must contain at least one photo or video of the instrument (links acceptable). Sellers must offer buyers a minimum of three days after receipt of instrument to return the instrument for a full refund. Sellers must insure any item shipped, although the insurance fees may be paid by Buyer or Seller, to be determined by the interested parties.

Any ads deemed suspicious will be deleted and the users banned from the forum.

If you do not agree to any of the Terms above, you may not post in this section. Any and all listings that do not conform to the above Terms will be deleted.
