Cargo Travel Guitar by CA Guitars (Composite Acoustics) March 24th, 2008 . by MacNichol CA Guitars has released its much anticipated Cargo, a portable sized version of the popular GX model. The Cargo is available either with or without electronics (Fishman Acoustic Matrix VT) . The combination of carbon fiber’s durability, along with a portable size make for the ultimate travel guitar by CA Guitars. Features of the Cargo include Gotoh SG 381 tuners and a gig bag. The body style is based on CA Guitars popular GX parlor model, but with an offset soundhole (see picture below). MacNichol Guitars has pre-ordered sixteen of these models, however, many are already sold because of the rave reviews that the guitar has already received.
